We recommend that you book at least 24 hours in advance. Depending on how busy we are, we may be able to accommodate a same day delivery.

You can hire a bin for as long as you need. The first 14 days are included, then each extra day is $10. Choose your delivery date and pickup date when you book.

Generally, if a bin is placed on council property (on the nature strip or on the road) we are required to obtain a permit. We are accredited with all of the councils within our service area and we arrange the permit on your behalf as part of your booking.

The bin must only be filled to the top so that it is level with the side of the bin. If your bin is overloaded, you may be required to offload it before it can be removed from site.

Payment is to be made prior to or at the time of delivery. We accept cash to the driver, credit card over the phone at the time of booking, and prepayment via EFT.
